TowPin Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

Vendor will not, and will not permit any user, to:

1. Send SMS or any communication to any person who has not given prior express consent to receive that communication.
2. Use the Service to engage in debt collection regulated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
3. Use the Service for political, commercial, or other marketing communication unrelated to a specific tow service requested by the recipient.
4. Send communication that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
5. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
6. Resell, sublicense, or grant access to the Service to any third party without TowPin's prior written consent.
7. Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes third-party rights.
8. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
9. Use the Service to violate any law or regulation, including towing industry licensing, insurance, and rate-cap requirements.
10. Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits or other Service restrictions.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of unpaid credits, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
