When You Receive Messages
You receive SMS only after you've requested towing service from a TowPin vendor and provided your phone number on the call. The vendor has confirmed your consent.
What You Receive
- A location-sharing link to direct the driver
- Driver dispatch confirmation and ETA
- Arrival notification
- Payment link upon delivery
- Optional review-request SMS after payment
